I am also having the same issue with trying to launch the pop up windows for the “add media” button, along with a strange issue where my gravity forms editing is disabled/invisible. They happened at the same time, so I tried adding the line above and it did not work. I’ve disabled all plugins and cleared the cache as well.
I am also a Dreamhost customer.
