Update. I changed the WordPress theme and now the plugin works fine. I was using “Cocoon child”, perhaps the theme update caused the bug.

If you suddenly have a problem with a plugin like I did, try changing the theme first.

Update. I removed all plugins and the problem was not resolved, I also removed and reinstalled 3Dprint Lite and it was not resolved.
