Did you try WordPress’s default category widget checking the “Display as Dropdown” checkbox?

Setting One Column max width to 100% will work for you if you remove the padding from the body like –

.one-column #page {
    max-width: 100%;
}

Body padding should be 0 like –

body {
    padding: 0;
}

If you were in Apache server this issue would have been with max_input_vars

I’m not sure what’s the alternative of this in a Windows Server.

You can change the font size of the summary of your posts with this bit of css –

.tc-g-cont {
    font-size: 18px!important;
    line-height: 24px!important;
}

Your Header ad is hidden with the css property “display: hidden” for smaller devices.
If you have any place to put some custom css you can fix this with the following css –

@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) {
    #header-ads {
        display:block;
    }
}

If that doesn’t work use !important suffix like that instead –
display: block!important

If it’s a custom font there are chances the italic version of the font is not uploaded or enqueued.

You can check on that as well.
