I mean, there a millions that is using woocommerce that must have had the same issue as we do. So there must be a solution this fix this for ever?

How do i share the csv file with you guys? I cant see any option to share something when im writing my message here.

“I notice that from the live page, the “IDs” JSON field is empty on a large amount of the rows. I can output these rows as a CSV or JSON file, if that helps Woo’s support, but I’m not sure what we can do on our side when it’s Woocommerce code that creates these rows and then doesn’t clean them up. We can write a cronjob that flushes out all these transients once a week or so, but that can have unforeseen effects and is not something I would recommend in the first place.”

Well here is the weird part.
This issue is only happening on the live sites database. We have an identical site on a subdomain, which this issue not occurs.
So if there was an plugin conflict, we should see the same issue on the subdomain, but we dont. And both the live site and subdomain are on the same web hoster, which is the top ranked in sweden.
So any idea on why this is happening only on the live site?
Is there any cron job solution or something else that can be done to stop the generating of a large amount of?
wc_product_loop?transients?Yes the categories are in there.

I tried to clear the woocommerce transients you mentioned, and it did not solve the problem.
The only one i did not fint to clear was the Product Filter sessions.
Any other idea on what it can be?
