Installing the restore-jquery plugin did not fix my problems.
I have searched through all of the php files at Dashboard>Appearance>Editor in my child theme and the parne theme. I can’t find the link https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1/jquery.min.js or any link containing “Jquery”.
I searched through all the files at Dashboard>Plugins>Editor>Ajax Event Calendar and can’t find any link related to jquery.
What am I missing?
Chris, this sounds like a an excellent workaround. Can you be a little more specific about where to search for this link? Which template is it in, and how would I search it?
Thanks!
I am having the same problem. Calendar doesn’t show up at all. Thanks chris1407 for the link above. Should we expect this plugin to be updated, or should I retrofit my jquery version?
But to be clear, unchecking “find and show hyperlinks” allows me to see the entire tweet — but I can’t click through on the hyperlinks… perhaps there will be a fix for this?
I have this same problem. I was able to discover that the problem is with “find and show hyperlinks”. When I uncheck that box I get the whole tweet. With the box checked I get the date only. So it appears to be a problem with finding and showing the hyperlinks and whatever code is involved in that. I don’t have a fix for it, I’m hoping the developers will read this and find a quick fix. Otherwise a great widget…
I can confirm that ver 1.0.2 fixed our problem with IE. Thank you for your help and prompt attention to this matter.
One of my users is having this problem. He can’t add anything new or modify any events when he uses IE8 on his Windows XP laptop. It works fine on my MacBook Pro with Safari. It works ok on Firefox on his machine. Was working 2 weeks ago.

In reply to: ajax event calendar Loading Event Form…Well, it’s not hypothetical to me — it actually doesn’t work. But I suppose you meant you don’t have time to try to recreate it in another environment, which is perfectly understandable. I was thinking that perhaps other users might have had a similar problem, or that you were aware that the plugin doesn’t function correctly under certain scenarios or setups similar to mine.
As for exposing the site, I really appreciate that you would be willing to look at it, but it contains some protected health care information that require confidentiality agreements so it’s not possible to do it casually.
Please let me know if you are aware of similar incidents that have been solved.

In reply to: All-In-One Calendar Widget Days Not Showing UPI do have plugins enabled. The problem persists when the plugins are disabled.
And finally, yes, alas, I am using a Windows server. Windows 2003 with IIS 6.

In reply to: ajax event calendar Loading Event Form…Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I can’t post the URL because it’s an intranet site behind a firewall.
Since writing the above post I discovered that this problem exists only when I initially load the front page — ie, if I go to another page on the site, it works properly, and then continues to work properly even if I return to the home page.
Please tell me you are familiar with this problem and know what I should do to fix it.
Thanks.

In reply to: All-In-One Calendar Widget Days Not Showing UPI would love this plugin if it would show up correctly in the widget. Any helpers out there?

In reply to: New Install IIS 5 Can't Login reauth loopI tried Safari (Mac), Firefox (Mac and PC), IE 8 (PC). Dumped the caches multiple times.
The resolution of this problem: installed a new Windows 2003 server with IIS 6. I’m not experienced at this. I had some help, but correct installation of PHP to the web server took a few tries and I’m still not confident that it’s perfect.
Directory permissions seem to be a real bugaboo. I can’t find specific instructions on how they should be set up. Even when I get an error message I feel like I’m kind of on my own. But if I really get stuck I’ll post another thread. Thanks for the help and attention.

In reply to: New Install IIS 5 Can't Login reauth loopkcristiano, or anyone else — are you aware of any site successfully running WP 3.2.1 on Windows Server 2000 and IIS 5? If I could know definitively that it doesn’t work and is not supported that might help me too.
