Similar issue here.
Before updating to 2.0.22 uploaded files uploaded by the wordpress media library were uploaded to
wp-content/uploads/<foldername-by-year>/<foldername-by-month>/filename.jpg
After the upgrade all files are uploaded to
wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/temp/filename.jpg
