Yes, we ran further tests and the URI does change correctly when changing either the Post Title or the Category that the Post is associated with.

Does the plugin ( FREE or PREMIUM ) manage redirecting old permalinks?

For example, if I change the title or category of a Post, the URI changes.
It renders the previous URI as a 404.

Hi Maciej,

I enabled that setting and it I noticed that the title is now reflected in the custom permalink.
However, I noticed that the category that the post belongs to is no longer used in the custom permalink.
Is this the proper behavior?
