Thanks so much for your detailed reply Jan, I understand that volunteer support is not easy and I really appreciate your time and effort in responding. I’m not sure how that happened, all i typed in the ‘site I need help with’ field was ‘page not published yet’. How did it end up asking for user credentials? Could you please let me know as I don’t want to make the same mistake again if I end up posting a comment when the site is published!
