Hi there,

I’m not using that plugin on my site. I am using JetEngine for custom post types and fields.

So I talked to one of the developers of the site and it looks like since the product files were so large, we were using Add to Server plugin to add files uploaded via FTP to media library and then to the product. This may be what was causing the issue of products not being added to the correct folder, but it still doesn’t explain where the “preview_uploads” folder came from.
