My host is Hostito.
Since upgrading and deactivating the plug-ins mentioned above, I’ve received a pingback or two and not had a problem. I guess this deserves further investigation, but I’m happy for the moment in not crashing every time somebody links to me. Maybe I’ll take it up with Hostito after the weekend.
