Yes.

Are you seeing the sender’s name as “web” regardless of whether the recipient is internal or external?
Yes.

Are you using the Google API to send?
Yes

Thanks, this worked well. I put it in the functions.php file.

The only change I made was calling it Coupon(s) instead of Credit(s).

Otherwise, it shows in both admin order email and new customer order email.

Is the Multicurrency Switcher module enabled and setup?

Couldn’t get it to work. I’ll try again soon.

I’m getting the same issue. No images show up even though one is specified.
