Thanks for raising this issue, and I apologize for the alarm this has caused. Our engineering team took a look at the code this morning and we’ll continue investigating why the gaClient script is running.

No data is being reported, but the script shouldn’t be running if a user isn’t opted in. I’ll keep you all updated on our progress with the issue.

Thanks for reaching out! There’s no way to add Font Awesome Icons to Genesis Blocks Buttons in the Block Editor today.

You can add them via CSS using :before or :after pseudo selectors.

The FontAwesome site should provide unicode HTML you can use in the CSS!

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay here. This is definitely a weird one!

When did the issue start for you?

I tried testing the page/post grid on a blank WordPress install (WP ver 5.7.1) with only Genesis Framework v3.3.3, Genesis Sample, and Genesis Blocks. I didn’t see any error when trying to save the post/page grid block, setting the block to Page.

What other plugins are active on the site? I wonder if something’s conflicting. Are you able to test on a fresh WP instance?

Thanks for bringing this up!

We decided to manage the headings within Genesis Blocks to avoid issues with themes that utilize large header sizes. You’re right – it’s not ideal when you’re using more moderately sized headings.

For now, overwriting it in the theme may be the best bet. We’re planning on leveraging the query block in the future to address this issue in a more long term capacity. I apologize for the frustrations in the meantime.

Currently, Genesis Blocks does load its resources on every page. We’re discussing internally ways we can address this so that we can improve the performance for customers.

Thanks for your question. We don’t currently have the functionality native in the Accordion Block, but it’s something we’ve been discussing as a team.

You may be able to add some custom CSS to enable dynamic closing and opening.
