I’m a newbie, but I had the same issue and one of the plugins was the reason for this. It was WP Rocket. So if you deactivate this one or all of them, you’ll see your updates coming back. reactivate them once you’ve updated.

Hi, I’m having the exact same problem and no access to the advanced settingS. I’ve been using mailpoet in the past. But I recently couldn’t delete subscribers, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall MailPoet (using it with Sendgrid) and now I have this ‘can’t update 2.1.6’ message.

Hmm it now says, update to “2.1.6” failed. I’ve deactivated all other plugins, but still no access to the settings (I want to run a reinstall from the advanced tab after I uninstalled everything)

I’m actually facing the exact same problem, but technical in nature. Not political…

Does it mean, that I should leave W3 TC the way it is and add nothing in the CDN fields?

I upgraded my 1and1 account to get this CDN and a faster user experience, but it really doesn’t change much.
