No, I don’t have it. The upload_path in the DB has the following value “wp-content/blogs.dir/idsite/files“

The files in Media have the correct URL but in my DB when I clone the site, the upload_path don’t change, so when I eliminated the cloned one, all the files in my original site has been deleted.

I’m using sub-directory configuration.

There is no option that indicates that, at least in the free version.

“By default, all files in the media library will be copied to the new site and the links that reference them will be updated. NS Cloner Pro Allows you to control the loading of clones, so your cloned site can optionally continue to refer to the source site’s media files.“

It seems that in my case even though I don’t have the PRO version, it copies the same upload_path as the original site.

Doing tests I have seen that in the database, in the options table of the cloned site, the upload_path has the same value as in the original site, and it should have a different value since the site id is different. I have also verified that it is not due to a problem with other plugins.
