1) I sent an email via your website to you “custom project” within the footer – no other means as i cannot log in as your password reset doesnt work
2) The information in the link doesnt work as there is no “license” tab
3) i cannot activate the pro version where i assume i would put my license as it crashes WP
4) i am not going to publicly post my email

2) GREAT -> point me to a page i cannot access!’
3) Premium Addons PRO -> v1.9.3 but cannot dl new version due to access
4) You should warn people its breaking (Shady to force people after the fact)
5) Thanks for getting in touch with me quickly but i am upset because now i have to troubleshoot this junk instead of actually being productive

1) Already tried resetting and never got the email
2) I paid for the pro version about yr ago
3) I downloaded the .zip from wordpress after installing the update via admin panel in wordpress
