I guess Woo really needs to practice what they preach with paid plugins i.e

Poor Experience = Lost users + More support ??

It is not only frustrating for support but hugely time consuming and time wasting for those trying build & develop websites.

Support at the moment is more akin to a call center with scripted messages, in turn it creates frustration, more responses, more time delays, more support and more lost users.

can you confirm whether the whether the plugin supports importing categories and tags? and also the ability to show a link back to the original post in the published post.

Also is it possible to import the current settings / freed list from feed wordpress?

Fix for Ngnix

I am running on Ngnix, and this fix is only relevant to those using Ngnix

A few days ago a security update was released on installation for me the /var/lib/nginx/tmp permissions where changed, changing these fixed part of the issue.

I then had an error in WordPress saying: “xxx.jpg has failed to upload due to an error Missing a temporary folder.” i checked php info and no upload folder was being listed, so i updated php.ini with upload_tmp_dir =/var/tmp/ for the upload location.

All is now working as normal.

I have gtried a few times and have the same error at 16600, the error log does not show what the issue is:
