The Nice PayPal Button Lite plugin does not have an out of the box solution for stylizing the button. However, its big sibling, the Nice PayPal Button plugin, includes a feature that allows you to specify a custom button graphic. Plus, Nice PayPal Button plugin also supports more advanced CSS and layout options.
