Thanks for the reply. I have used Jetpack but it does not support adding but at the top of the post for that we have to edit code. What other plugin do you recommend which does not slow down the website

Thankx for such a great support. The errors are now fixed.

Do I need to disallow the removed sitemap i.e https://filectory.com/sitemap.xml or just removing it from sitemap will be enough

Md Mazedul Islam Khan Bro you are right those errors occur in https://filectory.com/sitemap.xml. But after disabling media redirect the are no errors. But now I will remove https://filectory.com/sitemap.xml from sitemap and enable redirect and see what happens. Thankx for your support
