I would also like the default title to be removed on Pages too.

I just attempted to open your site on my iOS device and it redirected to about 6 different pages and landed on some weird porn site.

Oddly though, when i open your page on my Mac, it goes direct to your url https://www.thecricknews.com/

Has your site been compromised?

I came to this thread bc I too can access my site on desktop but not on mobile device.

Sorry for this – but I think I have fixed it by deactivating the Google Tag manager plug in. Will that have much of an impact on my Google Webmaster activity?

nope – scratch that. It is very volatile and is changing with every test that I do.
I can get it working on 1 event, but then not on another – even though the settings are universal for all the events (in the Payment Gateway settings).

I’m at a loss and really need some help.
I’m testing in iOs (all versions up to date) in Safari and Chrome and on Firefox on iMac and MacBook Pro.

I have noticed in the Payment Gateway Settings this:

‘If some cases if you allow a free ticket (e.g. pay at gate) as well as paid tickets, this message will be shown and the user will not be redirected to PayPal.’

We don’t offer Pay At Gate and if we did, I can’t see anywhere that specifies the Pay at Gate option, either in the individual event, or in any other settings – but wondering if this could be the issue? Is there something I am missing somewhere?

I have deleted as many old plugins as I can, and deactivating plugins or reverting back to an old theme wouldn’t be possible. There hasn’t been any change since deleting the old plugins.

Do you have any other suggestions? I cant think of why it would be the case.

Thanks Kathryn – I figured it out and it’s pretty simple.

Once the plugin is activated – an ADD SLIDER button displays on the WYSIWYG Toolbar right next to ADD MEDIA.

Then you just go in and upload which images you want, play around with the settings and it’s done.

I was hoping for a little more detail re the interface – as I have installed the plugin, now I am trying to figure out how to choose it to display, rather than the header.

How did yo manage to get the slider on your homepage?

I can trade you some CSS – you can remove the Footer Text all about WordPress by putting this in your Custom CSS

(Use either the Jetpack Custom CSS Plugin or TJ Custom CSS Plug in).
