The task is to implement this css-sprite to a child-theme. Though I didn’t know the problem was a browser problem I hope I was l legitimate to ask. Sorry if I caused any inconvenience

Thank you for the tip. I have tried Firefox and Chrome and both to load it from url and uploading it. Never thought Explorer could do better. But to my suprise it worked with load from url. Of course it solved my school task but I don’t think it is optimal.
