thanks a lot for your fast response!

I have made two screenshots under IOS (as an example).

The first one is my PWA as standalone. Once I open the marked file, it will open and cover the whole app screen and I have no chance to interact (share or close) any more (sharing – which is typically available as per browser context – is not available anyway in the PWA):

However, with MinimalUi, I can see the share button to interact dynamically and submit or save and I could even close the picture (separate tab):

Of course, I prefer the standalone view, however, I would still like to have access to share (anywhere in the PWA like usually in a browser) and to close something that opens to fill the entire app screen.

Do you have a suggestion how to accomplish that?

For 1.: this would be phantastic as it is just some more information and useful for anyone without bothering someone!

For 2.: Well, I think the original German translation is “Anzahl der Mitarbeiter: %d”, I am using “Mitwirkende” instead, someone else would probably like to use even something else.
Probable solution: under “Extended Settings” – “Admin” – VI (Other for administrators”), one could add line 18 for the admin to enter any other string in the language used on the page (if there’s just one typical language). Every other administrator could leave it blank, so everything would work like before (the default could be displayed as placeholder), or the admin could provide his translation there.
Just an idea, which would probably annoy nobody…

For 3.: Just skipping empty albums is exactly what I was looking for (I was talking about the logged-in area).

if things happen, like you describe them, I have no problem with such, if this would be the only way for a developer to enable him to develop these add-ons. Things are anyway different when you have a professional (company) product to work with.

For a lot of developers like me, however, it is just an honor that users choose to work with my development and I just want to make sure that there is no seed brought into this community which will step by step make things worse.

I am not depending on such an income and just have fun to add features. And this is the mind set I would like to encourage.

One good example of such a plugin is “WP Photo Album Plus”!

I like the idea of serving the community, of giving and taking.

My plugins are free and I use free plugins.

This is the idea of open source projects.

What I hate: feed a number of people, make them depending on a plugin and then strip it a bit and provide a “pro”-version in exchange.

I, e.g., developed a plugin called “Foodle”, which takes advantage of Democracy Poll and adds some features. This plugin is free and it will remain free.

you were right!

I was always able to send mails (IONOS) to a mailiglist but a few colleagues weren‘t with said error arriving.

After selecting the maillist address as FROM address, leaving the FROM name as sender name via maillist: it appears to work. Thanks!

I will provide you now with the credentials of a test email account for SMTP check!

first of all: thanks for your time and your thoughts! Highly appreciated!

However, your assessments does not sound too logic to me (well, this might not be your fault ?? ), reason being:

1. My email provider is also the provider of my homepage (IONOS)
2. When some of my emails are part of a mailing list, everything works fine, sending from those
3. When others in the same mailing list send emails: worked fine in the past
4. When others send now (no setup change) it will fail with said error message
5. The error message is listed in the mailster archived email’s sending report, so it is detected by your plugin as if a class could not be instantiated
6. I am using wpmail for the mailinglist, not a specific SMTP setup, which worked well for a while
7. Trying to setup an SMTP server (IONOS) in mailster did never work out so far, whatever setting variant I try

I will now try to use the mailing list FROM address and see what happens…

I am talking about the “WPPA+ Uploader Photos” widget, which I am using in a theme’s right sidebar with the “Classic Widgets” plugin active.
A link from “WPPA+ Uploader Photos” to the individual’s album will generate the failure message.

The individual photos are uploaded from each individual on a photo page through his own album provided by shortcode [wppa type=”content” album=”1″].
