Thanks for your interest in our plugin. This plugin makes it easy for users to join a referral program. When a user signs up, they automatically become an affiliate member and earn credits with every purchase they or their referrals make. You can control this from the backend of your website.

You can set commission rates globally for different levels and even customize them for individual products. You can choose to give commissions as a percentage of the sale or as a fixed amount.

Referral users can share their unique referral links on social media. When someone they referred makes a purchase, they earn a commission, and you can manage all of this from your website’s backend.

You mentioned having four levels. Do you want to categorize users into these groups, or should it happen automatically? For example, if User 1 registers directly, they would be a Level 0 user. If User 2 signs up through User 1’s referral, they become a Level 1 user, and so on. If this is the way you want it to work, our plugin can handle that.

To initiate a cash withdrawal for referral payments, you can utilize the referral payment withdrawal add-on. Please note that the referral code is automatically generated and cannot be modified from the backend by the admin. While it is technically possible for a developer to make changes directly in the database, it is not recommended as the preferred method.

Instead of a third-party plugin, you may utilise [woocommerce_my_account] for login and registration. It will function the same way. I previously reviewed your site, and the normal WooCommerce plugin provides all of these capabilities.

I examined your website and discovered that you use the xootix plugin for WooCommerce registration and login. Perhaps they don’t inherit the WooCommerce standard register hook, that’s why you don’t see referral information.

Share images of the backend plugin settings for welcome credits. So that I can examine and assist you if there is a misconfiguration.

The plugin has only two standard shortcode.

[wmc_invite_friends] = this shortcode will show invite friend form.
[wmc_show_credit_info] = this will show logged in user credit point information.

The plugin uses standard WooCommerce hooks and filters. Therefore, you can inherit this plugin functionality using WooCommerce hooks and filters against it.
