In reply to: Background Not Showing On Comments Page?Thanks. That helped some. I got it so there is a white background in both IE and Firefox now, except on the comment page I can’t get a background in either browser. Do you possibly know which file I may need to edit to affect the comment page?
When I go to the comment page and view source it has this in the coding:
#page { background: url(“https://www.savelindsay.com/wp-content/themes/default/images/kubrickbgwide.jpg”)
no-repeat bottom center; }
And even though that image is uploaded, it doesn’t seem to want to access it. So I was wondering how I could change that so it would just link to the style sheet…but I don’t know what file that coding is found in.
Sorry. I’m so new at all this.

I don’t think I have the patience or time to start over. I would think that something like a background image would be easy to fix, but I’m no CSS expert so I don’t know. Thanks though.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: Background Not Showing On Comments Page?No. The purple/black savelindsay background is supposed to be in the far background, then there is supposed to be a background image that is basically a light pink under the text area. The coding for that background works on all the pages in Internet Explorer except the comment page, but not in Firefox at all. I don’t know why that background doesn’t show up in Firefox. Thats part 2 of my problem. I want that light pink background to appear on all the pages in the text area in both IE and Firefox. In IE it works for every page but the comment page, in Firefox it works on no pages.

In reply to: When I click view site, I see the directory of files!This is happening to me to. I just installed and it said it was successful, but when I click on the link to “view site” it shows the directory of files. So then I click on index.php and I see the site, but when I click on anything like “About” or “Categories” it shows the directory again and these pages aren’t listed there.
I’m using XP and IE and I used cPanel to configure for the install.
Any advice?
Thanks
