By the way, the reason I am asking this is because I have found that most people, who offer downloads of plugins and themes, say that the proper way to upload their themes is to 1st unzip the .zip file and then upload the resultant files to the WP-content directories. This is instead of just going to ‘add theme’ or ‘add plugin’ in the wordpress admin page.

So this is why I’m asking – because If i can’t figure out how to put folders into my WP-Content directories (instead of just the files) then I cannot use 99% of wordpress themes and plugins out there – atleast it seems that way.

The website was created about 2 weeks ago. I changed the tagline about 10 days ago. And I submitted the website to Google yesterday.

So when you say ‘they’ll not being a rush to visit your site and find out what has changed since last time’ it’s just that i only submitted the website to google yesterday. Unless Google identified my website before I submitted it to them somehow and so maybe they the details of my website from before I changed the tagline?????

hmmmm. Would be interesting to hear what you all have to say about this. Please people do tell me what you think about this if you think you could help me out here. thanks in advance.

I already changed the tagline. I changed it about 10 days ago. However, I only submitted my website to Google yesterday so maybe it takes time for google to recognise that i have changed the tagline from the default WordPress tagline of ‘just another weblog’ to a different one.
But that would be a bit weird considering i changed the tagline prior to submitting the website to google.

So maybe i have to do is wait for google to change it…..???

That’s strange. I had already changed the tagline about 10 days ago. Well, I don’t know what else i can do. I’m a bit confused now.
