@qtwrk We are currently running Litespeed Enterprise, however we moved the site to a different server with OLS and tested the site with Litespeed Cache enabled and it worked without issue.

So it seems like it may be some type of issue with the cache and Enterprise.

Should we be trying to contact the Litespeed Enterprise support?

@qtwrk We’re currently using Enhance control panel so the log location was slightly different, however I located it and tested the login, then checked the logs, however I did not see anything pertaining to that website.

@qtwrk I just removed all contents from the .htaccess, cleared the cache, but still no effect.

I then checked the access logs and openlitespeed logs but nothing was logged, which log are you referring to?

@litetim I disabled both plugins, then cleared the caches, but unfortunately it didn’t help.

I disabled the Object Cache, cleared all caches, then tried again, but unfortunately the problem still seems to happen.

We experienced the same issue using the ESI feature with certain theme nonces, upgrading to version 5.7.0.1 caused the nonce to be replaced by:

Then when downgrading back to version 5.7.0 it began working.

Can we expect this to be fixed in the next release?

Is there a git branch for it currently? I don’t mind helping if possible.

And there it is! somebody had installed a “Hide admin menu” plugin which was using a filter to unhook the options page making it inaccessible, so it wasn’t related to permissions/capabilities.

Yes they both exist, here is the administrator capabilities option straight from the database which shows both those capabilities for the admin user type (the accounts are administrators). I removed the other capabilities since they are irrelevant and would just take up space:

Regarding the Account page settings, Could you please make sure that you have chosen the User Registration My Account Page in the Account page setting? For more help:

I cannot access this page to set the setting, the above issue prevents anyone from accessing, setting, or altering any of the settings for this plugin. Once the above problem is resolved we will be able to set the user registration page and hopefully remove the alert.

We are also having this problem.

I opened the wp_user_roles option in a serialized editor and verified the administrator has the ‘manage_user_registration’ role added. I then used a 3rd party plugin to disable, and re-add the role to ensure it 100% existed.

Any other suggestions? We are unable to remove the “Please choose a My Account page in General Settings. Got Stuck? Read How to setup My Account page.” notification since we can’t access the options.

Once I disabled the object cache it seems to work, however it would be ideal if we can keep this enabled and not have these errors.

I believe the issue was the same permalinks, we switched them and haven’t had this issue since.
