As I mentioned before, I don’t have permission to turn off/on the Bunyad Page Builder because I was told it would break the way the site displays and they don’t want the downtime. I mentioned I was setting up a mock dummy site to try to disable the plugin there, but until that’s up I’m trying everything else.

The link you gave “resetting the plugins folder” – if I do that, rename the plugins folder to plugins.hold, will visitors to the site notice a problem while it’s called that?

I did see that the console shows repeated loading of the admin-ajax.php file. No errors, it just keeps showing it loading which it doesn’t do in my other WP installs. Not sure if that helps at all.

This is not me bumping. I did not know that was not allowed. This is me following up since I’m getting no response from anyone. I’ve posted this at the firestormplugin support page as well hoping to get a response from someone somewhere.

I actually had changed the php.ini file as suggested as well but we are still seeing the same errors. Please advise.

Do you provide that support elsewhere? Can we get a custom version if I contact you elsewhere?

I guess I mean what details? The database server is running and everything looks fine on their end.

I’m not sure what you mean by “database details” – there are other wordpress databases for other installs running on the server. Does that help?

I received word finally from my host saying that this issues was caused by a cPanel upgrade. Some new security feature was blocking the script sending the email. I hope this information helps someone in the future as my host (totalchoicehosting.com) was able to get the issue working right away.

kjarret – I just found your thread at TCH – I’ve been with them for years and have had no complaints either – but I too am having the same problem. Let me know if you get a response to your help ticket – I haven’t gotten one yet.
