Hi there, sorry if I wasn’t clear. Hopefully this is clearer… as the developers of the plugin and as your plugin is storing personal data with the websites it’s installed upon can you tell us if you are making any updates to the plugin that will make it GDPR compliant and / or more GDPR friendly? Will you be making any changes to your plugin in light of GDPR?

I am using your plugin within a few of my sites and I will need to ensure these sites are GDPR compliant so I am in the process of reviewing all plugins, what they do and what personal data they store.

Are you adding anything new to the plugin that will facilitate the easy review and removal of personal data or is that tied up with the changes to the WordPress core itself?

Ah I see – I’m trying to update an old site for a new client and there were no update warnings for the plugin so I thought it was up to date.

What’s the best way to update to Jigoshop 1.x ? Want to make sure I don’t lose any product data or settings.

Can I go straight from v1.3 to v1.18.2 ?

I will need to update to this first before going to Jigoshop eCommerce according to the documentation.

So are you saying that the ‘reset wp_cart=1…’ bit that has been added in to the URL isn’t added in my your plugin?

This is what is entered in the return url field though.

Even if I manually edit the above to move the #thankyou back to where it was it still just takes you to the top of the page rather than scrolling down to the Thank you section of the page…e.g.

Hi there, the code is based on Danny’s code – as mentioned above – code as per this just with my specific fields included: https://kb.mc4wp.com/interest-groupings-required-field/

I’ve set up the code within the forms field in the plugin – do I have to load some other script somewhere too to get this to work?

It doesn’t mention doing that in the info on that page so I didn’t think there was anything else I needed to do – please let me know what else I need to do in addition to adding the code into the form area within the plugin in order to get the mandatory checkbox checking to work.

My mistake, I thought the plugin author was supporting the plugin via this forum. I’ve reverted to the Really Simple Captcha option for now as that works.
