I think this plugin is completely dead and we all need to find a new solution. what a pain in the neck.

I’ve seen “fixes” (hacks) to create shortcode, and insert as HTML code; but I cannot even create shortcode. Selecting the TYPE of shortcode does nothing, just remains static.

And when I try to edit Settings for the plugin, I get an error.

Same and I have this on SEVERAL client sites.

It works as a shortcode embedded, but NOT in the widget.

Edited to add: I have not made a SINGLE edit to the plugin settings in the widget, and I’ve tried multiple changes/adjustments to the slider settings in the widget. Nothing.

How can I see that issue?

As noted in my original support post:

• Can you please go to the live website;
• and also see that the timer is not displaying properly

And then take a screenshot of what you see on Safari Mac?

Yes, I’ve copied and pasted the admin “table” of the gift codes, and I’ve also exported the two tables.

It has been a laborious, time-consuming, and cost-intensive process to merge all of the data for my needs.

Please add this to your list of requested improvements:
Export all gift cert purchases with: date of purchase, gift code number, purchase name, balance, expiration date, purchaser email.

No, that does not help me. We need to export the following fields at a minimum:
First Name
Last Name
Amount (balance)
GC #
Email address

I see there are two db tables that show some of that info, but not all of it, and none in one table.

Hi @mplusb – I have the most recent version of this plugin and am still experiencing the same issue in Chrome – both the title and Read More do not work.
Is there another update coming?

I’m experiencing the same issue on both staging and production sites – auto-smush doesn’t work at all, I have to manually smush any images I upload. I’ve checked with my host (Flywheel) and they report no errors.

my settings are correct:
HTML ELEMENT: .site-header
POSITION: top
HIDE ON HOME: unchecked
SHOW ONLY ON HOME: unchecked

I tried toggling these settings and it still only shows on the home page.
