I’ve been experiencing this error too for weeks now. Do you know when the next update will be and when this will be addressed?

I have a few. I use Smush to compress and lazy load, and Jetpack as a CDN. I also use Hummingbird and Speedbooster for optimizing the site. Right now I have AMP turned off. Please let me know how to proceed.

Hi James,

I disabled all of my plugins and it still wouldn’t let me complete the validation process because 3 pages immediately failed. I don’t know what happened to cause those errors in the first place. But I just disabled AMP and now it’s validating again. I’m currently waiting for it to complete the validation and will report back.

Ok weird, it just inserted the picture without all the code. Hope you are still able to get what I’m saying.

Thank you for your reply. I always use chrome, but some of my readers said they can’t find the comment box. Maybe they are viewing it AMP.

Do you think this can be fixed in a future update?

I sent the screenshot via email. Not sure if I need to post here also. I don’t see an option to paste it anywhere. I actually uninstalled and reinstalled Smush and it started working again. But now it says I have 1 image to optimize and it’s doing the same thing again.

I think I figured it out. There were some cookies being blocked. Once I enabled them, the videos showed up. Thank you for your help!

Oohhhh I see it now. I am so sorry, I did not know where to look. I followed your instructions and disabled force, and added your query. The menu is working fine now.

It doesn’t give me an option for “show advanced settings” anywhere. When I go to settings, it just gives checkboxes for the following:

HTML Options
Optimize HTML Code?

JavaScript Options
Optimize JavaScript Code?

CSS Options
Optimize CSS Code?

CDN Options
CDN Base URL with or edit.

Or it gives me the option to edit the code which is where I got that stuff I posted above. Do you think I should delete “autoptimize_js_forcehead” and add “js/jquery/jquery.js” into that code?

I’m so glad I asked. I went into Auto Optimize and turned off the Java button. Now everything is working again! Thank you guys so much. You’re the best!
