Psh that sounds dumb.

Clarify: I know that if I erase what’s in the quotes it won’t say anything, but I was still getting a weird empty space that made room for a title, even though I had left it empty.

I think I might have fixed it, though. I’ll post when it’s completely solid to avoid confusion.

How do you get it to say nothing? I want the list of recent posts to follow the CSS for the rest of the H3’s in my footer.

That’s the plugin. I’ve extracted and deactivated everything that had anything to do with that plugin, and I’ve followed your instructions as well – still missing most of my sub-tabs within the admin panel. I don’t know what to do besides re-install, and it’s frustrating because there’s so much to backup and learn how to reinstall entry-wise. Any other suggestions?

It was a gravatar plugin, but I removed it. I also reinstalled the theme itself. The theme editor tab just isn’t there, it’s strange.
