    Hey Contemplate,

    I had to wait and hear back from my commenters that were having this issue before replying but what you shared with us here definitely worked. Thank you SO much for coming to our rescue.

    Thank you Reedyseth for stopping by and hope you will take notice in a future update. Just glad Contemplate was there to save the day. My commenters will love me for having fixed this now.

    I don’t have scheduled posts, it’s a product. It’s actually a course you go through with audios and downloadable PDF’s.

    Hey Marius,

    Thank you for your reply.

    Here’s the problem with following that. This is a product site, membership site so people are on this site all the time going through my course. I can’t just disable everything and change the theme. I did disable all my plugins though accept the membership one because I get people all the time trying to access my course without buying it. So without going through all of that there has to be something that’s preventing this from giving me the updates and was just hoping someone had a simpler explanation. I’m also having a major sale next week which means more users so I have got to get this resolved.

    I’ll try to keep searching for an answer and if I can’t find one I’ll have to schedule taking the site down so that I can get this resolved. If I got through this trouble though, should that resolve it so I don’t have this issue moving forward?

    Hi Missa,

    I haven’t done anything with my theme in awhile so why would this all of a sudden affect that? I’m using Thesis so maybe I’ll go over there and see if anyone else is having this issue.

    Thanks for replying so I’m still on the hunt for answers.

    Thank you Michael, I’ll call them again. Let them know what you said and see if I can get someone this time that possibly knows why I’m loosing the connection. I was afraid it was something on my end.

    Yeah, if you refresh the page then it instantly connects. What needs to be done with the wp-config.php file? You can tell I’m not much of a pro at this.

    Thank you Christine for responding… It’s just strange.
