After installing WordPress SEO by Yoast, all my links are 404. I deactivated the plugin but still have the problem.

Told the Linkchecker to ‘fix all’ but nothing got fixed.

Can’t figure out how to get my pages and posts to show. The home page is visible but my (54) links are broken. Any suggestions?

I installed an SEO plugin from YOAST and my entire website disappeared. I deactivated the plugin and the Home page appears. However, all the links go to 404. I have Linkchecker, just don’t know how to restore the pages. Tried republishing them, but that does not work. Any suggestions? Many thanks.
