I’m getting the exact same error, ever since adding paypal sandbox API credentials manually.
It is marked as resolved, but what was the solution??
I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin and even deleted it’s config line from wp_options, but nothing works.
thanks

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] How to set GTIN on all my products? On closer inspection, could be a paid feature of Yoast Woocommerce? It’s all very confusing!
Hi Eva,
Thanks for the fast reply!
That is a very useful feature and I’ve just used it to clone about 10 feeds ??
However, I do now have a bit of a maintenance headache: if I want to apply rules or make a change to my product categories, I have to do it multiple times. Is it definitely not possible to show the posting values for multiple countries in one just one file?
thanks
Barbara
Hi Tomi,
It’s taken this long (and 21 orders) to get a duplicate view on an ‘order received’ page – the other 20 had single views, so it’s been happening much less often. Unfortunately though, this one order had the double counting problem on Google’s product performance page. I’ve been running version 1.10.1. Is maybe anything else I can look at about that specific site visitor, or try tweaking?
For what it’s worth, I updated my site to using the ‘custom’ container code placement and modified header template, rather than ‘footer of the page’. I did this just a few hours before this double-viewing occurred. But of course, correlation does not imply causation!
thanks
David
Hi Tomi,
OK that’s what I thought.. I will keep an eye on the shop and as soon as I get a confirmation page with multiple pageviews (as this is the only time the problem occurred), I will let you know the result. It’s been a slow couple of weeks for orders unfortunately.
Hi @duracelltomi,
Thanks very much for the update – I’ve installed it but only had one order since. For this order the ‘received’ URL was only loaded once.
Should I still expect to see ‘received’ URLs loaded more than once sometimes, and therefore I need to wait for one of these before I can confirm the fix is successful?
thanks
David

Hi Tomi, fellow users,
I’ve installed 1.10 now, but I’m still experiencing this issue, is this the case for anyone else?
My site gets quite low traffic at the moment, but I had two out of four orders experiencing this issue on 7th August. This issue is always accompanied by multiple views of the ‘order received’ URL. The number of duplications is always equal to the number of views.
In general, I’ve seen it occurring on mobile, tablet and desktop orders, and also from Safari, Chrome and Edge. I’ve been right through my plugins to make sure there’s nothing else that might also be firing out messages to Google.
One thing I’ve not tried yet (just because I need to take time to figure out how) is to configure the setting for container code placement. Right now, it’s set to the default of “Footer of the page (not recommended by Google, no tweak in your template required)”. Does anyone think this might make a difference?
I’ll happily supply some more relevant information if anyone who thinks they can help.. I’m keen to get this sorted before the orders start increasing in the run-up to Christmas!
