In reply to: [StranoWeb Ajax Login] Log out error@beeky2, do you know when this update will arrive?
I can work around the issue by changing redirect after logout from “same page” to “home page” but would prefer not to.Hi @webtoffee,
I updated the test site to 1.9.0 and that fixed the problem.
ThanksNone of that makes any difference. Here is a more detailed description of our problem.
We are using the Cookie bar with the shortcode [cookie_settings]. That works correctly in 1.8.9 when the Cookie bar opens automatically.
We also use the shortcode [user_consent_state] on the Cookie Policy page to allow the user to manage their cookie settings. The shortcode displays the line:
Your current state: Consent Accepted. Manage your consent.
where “Manage your consent” is a link which opens the Cookie bar. With that route to the Cookie bar the shortcode [cookie_settings] works correctly in 1.8.8 but not in 1.8.9.

Click Cookie settings in the bar to see the problem.Update.
I opened the test site in a private window so that I was asked to accept cookies and the popup worked correctly. There is a link (Manage your consent) to open the bar from our Cookie Policy page (under About us). Then the problem appears as described. This does not happen with 1.8.8 on the main website.Forum: Themes and Templates
In reply to: [Neve] Menu not responding on mobilesAs I already posted the second screenshot is showing the menu working perfectly with the GeneratePress theme. Of course the items are clickable. It is only the Neve theme which causes a problem.

In reply to: [Neve] Menu not responding on mobilesHere is a screenshot. If you want to see a session showing the hamburger menu doing nothing you will need to explain how to make one.
Here is another screenshot showing the menu working perfectly with the GeneratePress theme.
The phone is a Blackberry Classic running OS Version 10.3.3.3216 (Build ID: 911537) with the default Blackberry Browser version 10.3.3.16.

In reply to: [Neve] Menu not responding on mobilesThe comment about loading time is irrelevant as the menu does nothing no matter how long you sit on a page and is the same on pages with minimal content.
I have reloaded Neve (Ver 2.7.2) on a backup of the website (see link). Nothing has changed.

In reply to: [Neve] Menu not responding on mobilesAs in the title, i.e. the menu 3 bars are visible near the top of the screen but the menu fails to open when they are clicked. On a Blackberry Classic when I posted the query.
For information of others with this problem I found a solution.
Install the TinyMCE Advanced plugin and select the option to “Keep paragraph tags in the Classic Block and the Classic Editor”.
My posts are now correctly formatted in Content Views as well as the single post display.
I also have exactly the same problem as @littlecrimson but no intention of working in html.
Is there no proper solution for this issue? It negates the main benefit of the plugin – to provide a more attractive display of posts.
Thanks, both solved. With 2) I had not selected the option to display the “Custom Fields” meta box.
Your reply answered my first question but I have two more.
1. When I select the option to feature an uploaded image it appears as the featured image with the title and again in the body of the post. How do I prevent the second occurrence?
2. When editing a user’s post is there no way to remove one or more posted images before publishing? Thanks.
