I am very confused about this. I really want to solve this, but I am so lost.

I checked my Cloudflare account connected to 9tailedkitsune.com and I have zero installed apps. I absolutely don’t understand what could be causing this…

@macmanx I had a look at it and entered the troubleshooting mode.

This is the result after leaving only Jetpack enabled along with Twenty Twenty theme.

It does not work.

I checked the post again. I opened all of the single post pictures and except for the first one, all of them are showing in the default theme’s “lightbox” (In the incognito window, so no-cache).

I recorded it in a gif.

It’s doing the same with my newest article.

I also recorded it in a different Browser (ME) which I don’t use.

Why is this happening? ??

I understand what you mean, but I checked all of them and they lead to the Attachment page.

Could this be the problem of me renaming the titles in my Media Library afterward?

I don’t have a Gutenberg plugin, I’m just using the standard text editor of WP – which I believe is Gutenberg? My WordPress version is 5.5.1.

It seems to be doing the same thing as on that Github forum.

I just encountered the same problem today.
This is the page where it’s linking to my default lightbox instead of the Jetpack’s one if you click on any of the images in the article. I linked them all to the Attachment URL in Gutenberg.

yes, that’s what I meant- Carousel. I phrased it poorly because I could not figure out the name.

I currently was not able to replicate the issue, but it has happened today and a few days ago too (I basically linked all of my pictures to Attachment) but they were still showing in the default lightbox from my theme. Now the weird part is that after I removed the Attachment again and redid the process with linking to the Attachment, it showed Jetpack Carousel. The same thing happened a few days ago with all of my pictures in one post. I made sure it was Attachment Page and not Media.

It seems completely random at this point whether it is going to show with Jetpack Carousel or my default lightbox.

I have Carousel enabled all the time.

yes, it works after turning it off. What is the problem though? I want to continue using Yoast SEO due to its useful features.

thank you for your suggestion! I have tried and it indeed works. The problem I have though is that I created all my previous posts with a plugin that forced the old classic editor over the WP one (Plugin’s name is Tiny Mce Advanced) and after applying the code the formatting got removed from all my previous posts.

Can I somehow make this removal of autoformatting work only for the future posts that I am about to write and skip the previous ones that have already been created and are fine?
