The plugin works on all our sites. We’re running WP 3.4.2.
When is the next release coming? I’m having the same issue as menslow.
Update: we have it working now. It seems like deactivating and activating again the plugin did the trick.

Unfortunately, when I try to type the domain name with the www into the plugin interface, it will remove the www and save it without it. I’m using the Domain Mapping plugin from WPMUDEV.org. Is there any other way to do this?
