Thanks for your quick reply. No, the location hasn’t changed and on permissions it says read and write. I have version 7.2.5 installed.

just to update i found the issue. i didn’t realize on the badge page i need to select the product list. it works now! you can mark it as resolved.

i have tried deleting the list and creating a new one but the problem persists.

yes i fixed the position with css.

i managed to display it by changing the product page template.
but now the button is in the wrong position.
i want it to be next to the add to cart button, but now there is a paypal button on top of that.
please can you let me know how to position it. i have played around with the settings but it didnt help.

thanks for your reply. I have also contacted the hosting provider and they have found some caching code in the .httaccess file which they have removed. I am waiting for my client to check whether she can see the updates.
I will let you know if there are still any issues.
