I ended up doing a site revert to last Wednesday when I updated the WooCommerce plugin. This seems to have fixed my variations display issue but I’ll have to see if we are still getting some issues with the pricing in the coming days.

Now my product variations are completely gone from the product pages… Is there a way for me to obtain the previous version of Woocommerce and go back to that?

Only a few products have corresponding add-ons. The add-ons are separate simple products. I don’t think this has anything to do with the add-ons.

All orders go through a complete checkout process.

@treibalen The subtitles can also be seen on non glitched order but they are formatted differently. Normally they are displayed with the product name followed by the variation with a dash in between ie: “Premium Large Male Maryland Crabs – 1 dozen”.

I looked into it a bit more and the product subtitles plugin only adds the quantities for simple products which do not have a quantity specified in the name. For instance we sell shrimp by the pound and the name is just “Fresh Shrimp” but to make it more clear we added a subtitle “1 lb.” which is displayed in italics on the order confirmation.

I’ve seen the issue happen on most of our variable products and I’m still not able to replicate it. It’s almost like customers are able to purchase the base product without selecting a variation. On our payment processor’s dashboard the selected variation isn’t displayed on glitched orders but it is on all other orders.

Yep, still getting 1-4 a day.

I believe the plugin adding the fields on the order confirmation is “product subtitles”. The fields aren’t empty, they’re just listed above.

@superogx did you notice any other plugin that we have in common besides the advanced coupons? Maybe we can narrow it down if we cross compare.

I believe this only started happening after updating to the latest WooCommerce version on 09/30.

That’s correct, the variation shown on the invoice is correct but the price of the cheapest variation is being charged. I was not able to replicate the issue when I tried. This is only happening on a small amount of orders.

A customer was able to use decimals by typing it in instead of using the arrows. I had to disable the plugin in the meantime until I find a fix for this.
