I’m having the same problem as @niunuli
I’ve installed the previous version, 5.9.7 with WP 6.6.1, but it still doesn’t send.
To solve this problem I’m creating forms from my Theme option, but please, we need to know what the solution is. We have many websites updated to the latest version of Contact Form 7 (5.9.8) and it seems that the error is repeated.
