I have been using wordpress for almost 3 years. I only go and read the install page or the read me file IF I am having problems. ALOT of times I come to this website and do searches most of the time first. That is what a number of new users do. That is why I made my post so people would see it if they searched for it.

IMO the best place to put a little note is on the settings page where you have the shortcodes. Just a little reminder to people to go to their permalinks page and just click save again.

This is a great plug in and I was just putting the tip out there. It also allows you to use other carts and they do not conflict. So I can have product that just has pricing, but you can not order and then you can have merchandise to sell at the same time.

I was able to make the formatting changes in the CSS. Right now, in this plug in, you are not able to add an image of what you are putting the add to cart button with. I know enough to be dangerous, with coding, but not enough to know what to code to be able to add an image to show up with the “add to cart” button. I dont know where to put it or what the code is to do it.

I did try and add the image in the page itself and it broke the plug in, so I have to figure out what to code.

I finally found what the problem was. After you install this plug-in you MUST go to your permalinks page and click save again. This will update the permalinks created by the plug-in.
