Hi Alec,
I have posted in the support forum on your website and responded to your email. You keep pointing me back to the forum where there is no answer to my question rather than just providing me with real help. I’m not the only user having problems with the latest upgrade requesting to downgrade. Still six hours later no response other than directing me to ask on the forum..which I did. Can you please provide instructions on how to downgrade to the previous version that did not have all of these issues.
