Has there been a solution for this? I am also trying to use Advanced WooCommerce Product Gallery Slider with an additional plugin for adding variation galleries, but the two seem to be working against each other.

We don’t use Gravity Forms on the website (we use VFB Pro) so I don’t think it’s the forms plugins, but rather the way that WP Mail Catcher interacts with the email sending from WordPress / Woocommerce (and forms plugins also send emails, so that’s why it might seem connected).

Please can you clarify whether you still offer the FREE extension that has always been free? Or is your entire product now premium and the free version is effectively useless?

@yaniiliev This is not a premium product:

• The All-in-One WP Migration plugin is free to download and install.
• Most websites are too big to import with the limitations placed on uploads by the host.
• So All-in-One WP Migration used to offer a free extension that allows upload sizes up to 512 MB.
• This extension is now gone.

So please can you clarify whether or not you still offer the FREE extension that has always been free? Or is your entire product now premium and the free version is effectively useless?

I have tried it from 2 different computers and on my Android phone. Browsers I have tried include Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera.

I have also removed our IP from the white list.

/wp-admin keeps redirecting to the custom login page.

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

Please note that my Pinterest, Twitter and Email share counters have also reset to 0. I do not think they have anything to do with the Facebook App ID, do they?

I have tested the site with the Facebook debugger, but it doesn’t give me any errors that are relevant to the problem.

EDIT: thinking about it now, it can’t be the app ID, because up until recently the plugin was working perfectly on our site. Nothing changed on the website, we did not change the App ID or anything, and then all of a sudden the thousands of shares we had were just gone.

I have tried changing the WP_DEBUG to true, but still only get the white screen. No error messages.

I haven’t had time to look into the Catc22.php yet.

Thanks for getting back to me.

The problem only starts when I update it to the latest available version of BackUpWordPress (3.1.3).

Most of my sites also don’t have any premium extensions running that aren’t already part of the theme.

If the problem was only on one website I would have thought that it was the theme I was using, but the white page happens for most of my websites. They all have different themes, so I don’t think it’s that.

Please let me know if you would like more information.

I have a similar problem. I have done both manual and online backups successfully of various sites, but with one particular site the manual backup of the filesystem times out (the download of the database alone runs smoothly).

The download starts, stating that the .zip file is 38MB big and will take 12 minutes to download. After 2 minutes, however, the download stops, saying that it has completed downloading a 11MB file. When I try to unarchive the file the following message pops up:

“Unable to unarchive (filename) into (directory name). (Error 1 – Operation not permitted)”

Any suggestions?
