I am at a loss as to understand why you found my comments insulting. To ask for something to be written as clearly and plainly as possible is not an insult.

I am having the same problem. I cannot log in to ministryofsmallthings.wordpress.com
I have tried my username, my email address ( I have wordpress on my phone and the email is correct I am using and I know the pw is correct.

I have tried to set it up again and the name of ministryofsmallthings has been taken. it is deeply frustrating, my facebook, pinterest and twitter are all set up around this.

The support I have seen here is really poor. You assume everyone is an IT expert, we’re not. PLEASE give visuals as well as text instructions and keep it simple.
