Thanks for getting back to me quickly.

I have attached 2 screenshots. Old Header and New Header. As you can see on the New header using this plugin, the box around the content has gone and stretched it full screen. Some of the content I had to change the width to boxed 1500px but the date and categories are moved to the left. I cant really do this for every page plus I like the border around too. I just want the header to change but not affect anything else.

Yes, I disabled LiteSpeed Cache and seems to be working better. Do you suggest I find another cache plugin to use instead?
