Set Ads Place “code before” to <div style="float: left; width: 300px"> and “code after” to </div>. On settings page select this Ads Place in selectbox “Ads Place before content” ( “Auto Inserting Settings”). Check checkboxes “Allow Ads Place auto inserting before post/page content” and “Allow using predefined Ads Place HTML codes (before and after codes)”. That is all.

Change wp-special-textboxes/js/dialog.php lines 8..14 from

Try to reinstall plugin… Before deactivating of plugin turn on all checkboxes of “Plagin Deactivating” options

Maybe database tables were not created… Check up existence of database tables…
