At first: the access to settings page was moved from plugin’s itself menu to WordPress settings menu (Settings -> STB).
About images: if you use plugin’s builtin images, you should set images of all blocks to default images. Plugin trying do it someself during process of performing old type of settings to new, but, maybe, something went wrong… If you use your own images, you should set them again. If you placed your images in the plugin folder, they was removed during installation of new version of plugin (it’s the feature of WordPress plugin installation process).Forum: Plugins
