There is where I have add the ticket and expect answers on it. And on your own Nextscript forum for the unanswered tickets https://www.nextscripts.com/forums/topic/official-unanswered-tickedclosed-ticket-thread pages!

That’s where your customers go to when they follow the link in the plug-in to visit the plug-in site. And there they create the ticket and want answers on it.
That’s probably also the reason why at least I think support of Nextscript is dead.

But no bother, I already have decided not to go further with this plug-in for my multi-site WordPress, because it does not work in that environment.

Nice of you guys to answer allthough this problem is detected about 2 weeks ago and I could not find any contact email from developers of the Canva plug-in to aware them about this issue. So it seems this support blog is the only way to send the message.
I see in the changelog of the plug-in : 1.2.3 Bugfix: missing files, but it’s still the buggy version 1.2.2 which is available.
Can you remove that version or prevent download of it, to prevent more users having issues about this version?

Still no answer from Canva developers about this issue….

The latest download of Canva plugin does still not work.
When you got the error, please start a FTP session to your website.
Goto wp-content/plugins
Delete the Canva plugin
Refresh your website

It’s a little bit odd there is no supportpage for this plug-in at canva.com

Hmmmm also tried that, but no response.
It looks like something is blocking it.
And sometimes unexpected (without any reason) the theme switch to the twentyten theme. Like it then reaches the code in Codesnippet.
Very weard
