USing the latest updated browser but now the pop up doesn’t show up at all even after deleting the cookies

Even if i am in an incognito mode without loging into facebook still it doesnt appear only the facebook button but the remaining show up

Basically apart from the remaining buttons, only the Facebook button doesn’t show up
