In reply to: [WP-VR-view - Add Photo Sphere, 360 video to Wordpress] My 2 stars worthWhit,
If it is already uploaded to either YouTube or Facebook then you embed it like a normal video. All of the 360 stuff is taken care of on the Youtube/facebook side of things.Jon

In reply to: [WP-VR-view - Add Photo Sphere, 360 video to Wordpress] My 2 stars worthso why wouldnt you just load it to youtube and embed the 360 degree youtube video into your website?
it would be awesome if you did a plugin doing the same thing for YouTube subscribers.
In addition to the option to turn off for current fans, if the current plugin could serve up alternative content for visitors who already facebook fans, either the youtube option or instagram on mobile, then this would go from great to best ever.

In reply to: Adsense not working in new post with 4.2.3. Not showing ads.you can set your Ads up using shortcodes which makes it so the code for Adsense is not loaded at a page level so it is not broken.
Thats what I have been doing with my 500 page site and 25% of the way through it, it is working greatForum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Missing Google Adsense Ad with 4.2.3WP Simple Adsense Insertion worked great, thanks for the heads up, like you said there are only 5 options so I’ll have to play with that.

In reply to: Missing Google Adsense Ad with 4.2.3It didn’t work for me, in functions.php I put
function ads300x600left() { return '<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script> <!-- 300x600 Content --> <ins class="adsbygoogle" style=" display: inline; float: left; margin: 5px; width: 300px; height: 600px " data-ad-client="ca-pub-3788205869703165" data-ad-slot="4561431242"></ins> <script> (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); </script>'; } add_shortcode('Adsense300x600left', 'ads300x600left');
and then in the code/text editor of the page I used the shortcode [Adsense300x600left] and it just showed the short code as plain text.
Did I mess up somewhere?

In reply to: Missing Google Adsense Ad with 4.2.3do you have an example of the what you put into the php for create the shortcode?
I’ve always thought it was weird that AdSense doesn’t have it’s own shortcodes or at least an inline object you can add inline with the content and edit.

In reply to: Missing Google Adsense Ad with 4.2.3kdal,
I got the same thing back from them, but couldn’t get their “solution” to work. Hopefully they fix the issue soon or have a better solution.
Their official Adsense plugin is horrible, basically useless.

In reply to: Adsense bug and WP 4.2.3I can’t get any ads to show up anymore

In reply to: Adsense not working properly since Updatelooks like you have 4 ads on this page when the guidelines will flag you for more than 3.
but yes you are correct, AdSense is not working correctly on WordPress anymore. They are working on it for the next WordPress update, whenever that happens.

In reply to: [Translate WordPress - Google Language Translator] Translation ManagementRob,
the plugin is working okay, but is there a way to get it to only pop up when the visitor’s browser is set to a language other than what the site is set to? No reason to have it floating on a English site to a visitor who’s browser is set to English.
Thanks
