Sorry for overlooking.
Please go to Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > Load Script > Select Custom > Select Support Pages only > Save the changes.
This will load the SupportCandy script only on support pages and does not cause issues on other pages.
I hope this will resolve the issue. If not then please create a ticket on our support portal to debug further.

Sorry for delay in releasing the new version.
We have updated the compatibility of the SupportCandy plugin with WordPress’s new version which was just release 5 days ago. This is not a new version of SupportCandy.
We are going to release the new version by the end of this week which will include the fix for the issue.
If you have an urgency then please raise a support ticket on our Support portal, and we will help you with the quick fix.

Please go to Support > Email Notifications > Ticket Notifications > Reply Ticket > Edit > Check if you have set any condition > If yes then please remove that condition > Save the changes.

Thanks for words of appreciation. I hope you are doing well.
We use WordPress default methods for login and registration so it is not possible to add any fields(custom or customer) to the registration form.
There is a workaround, you can use any third party plugin to manage registration. You can add fields to the registration form but you have manually add and upate those fields in the SupportCandy customer section.
